Q:Where can I find soup without BPA?
To avoid BPA in any foods, try to choose glass, stainless steel, cartons or safer plastics every time you shop. If you must buy something in a plastic container, look for that little number on it and purchase products with a 2, 4 or 5.
Need fruits or vegetables you can’t buy fresh? Pick them up frozen or dried instead of canned.
As for soup, look for a carton! Many soups are now available in cartons, or tetra paks. These look like gigantic juice boxes. You’ve probably seen these cartons used for almond, soy or rice milk before.
If you still can’t find BPA-free options in your local grocery, don’t be afraid to ask to speak to the manager and ask them to please start stocking BPA-free options for their customers!
